Can I stop and still download?

Yes. Use Stop crawling. If eligible pages have already been collected, they appear in the review list and can be downloaded as partial results. If you clear every checkbox, downloading is disabled until you select at least one page.

Use the selection checkboxes to narrow partial results before downloading. The file contains eligible pages collected before the stop; it does not include a placeholder for every URL still waiting in the queue.
