Why is the download button missing?

No download is offered until eligible results exist and at least one page is selected. A failed starting request, no images in image mode or a completely cleared selection can leave nothing to export.

Check the crawl message, selection count and any export error. If the XML exceeds the file-size limit, reduce the selection. Use Select all to restore selections after clearing them, provided eligible results exist.
