Can I create a page sitemap and an image sitemap?

Yes. Run the generator once in Page URLs mode and again in Images mode. Download the first result before starting the second run, because a new crawl replaces the results in the tab.

Both files initially use sitemap.xml as their download name. Rename one, for example sitemap-images.xml, before publishing both, and reference the correct public locations. Do not accidentally overwrite the file you intended to keep.
