How do I add my sitemap to robots.txt?

Add a Sitemap line containing the full public file URL to the target website’s existing robots.txt. For example: Sitemap: https://example.com/sitemap.xml. Replace the example host with your own.

Preserve the existing crawl rules instead of replacing the entire file. If you publish separate page and image sitemaps, add the appropriate public reference for each. Confirm that the addresses work without a login.
